What You Should Bring To Your First Meeting

To efficiently manage your finances, we must first accurately assess your current financial position. Providing these documents will aid us in the development of a truly effective plan that is unique to you:

 

 

Last two income tax returns for you and your spouse, including your current notice of assessment and RRSP limits

Copies of your insurance policies from all sources: (Life, Disability, Home, Auto)

Employee Benefits booklet, pension, DPSP and stock option plan

Term deposit, GIC and Canada Savings Bond statements

Your latest RRSP /RRIF statements

Mutual fund, stock and other investment statements

Pay slips for the last two months

Your pension income and annuity statements

A list of your monthly expenses and current credit card balances

Mortgage and loan documentation

A copy of your will and power of attorney (or intentions)

Copies of buy/sell or partnership agreements

Severance pay documents

Employment or pre-nuptial contracts

Copy of Drivers License or Passport, and SIN #, for all family members
